How do I fix RAID1 "failed redundancy" issue?

I have a software RAID1 on a machine that had a BSOD. After it resynched, I noticed that there was "failed redundancy" error message. After searching around, I read that I needed to "Reactivate disks". However, I must have done this incorrectly--I reactivated  both disks in the RAID. Now, it appears that there are 4 disks in the RAID with 2 disk missing, and it still says "Failed Redundancy".

What do I need to do to fix this issue?

I saw that article already. That's the reason I did the "reactivate disks", which seems to have made the problem worse.
